Welcome to 11/11 Breathwork. These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit our website, purchase a digital breathwork programme, book a private 1:1 session, buy products from our online shop, create an account, or otherwise use our services.

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” means AJUNTOS trading as 11/11 Breathwork, ABN 83 698 565 749.

2. Our products and services

11/11 Breathwork offers:

digital online breathwork programmes, currently including 11/11 Breathwork, 11/30 Breathwork and 11/60 Breathwork;
private online 1:1 energy sessions;
physical wellness products, including ceremonial cacao, sage sticks and sage and Palo Santo bundles; and related website content, support and service communications.

Our services are designed for general wellbeing, relaxation, self-reflection, emotional release and personal development. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or emergency services.

3. Age requirement

Our breathwork programs and private sessions are intended for people aged 18 years and over. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Health and safety responsibility

Breathwork can create physical and emotional sensations. Please read our Health and Safety Disclaimer before purchasing or participating.

You are responsible for deciding whether breathwork is suitable for you. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, have a mental health condition, take medication, have any health concerns, or are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

You must not practice breathwork while driving, in water, bathing, operating machinery, or in any unsafe environment. Always practice seated or lying down in a safe place.

You agree to stop immediately if you feel unsafe or unwell and to seek medical help if required.

5. Digital breathwork programs

Digital programs are one-time purchases delivered online through Wix, account access, or another access method shown at checkout.

Access begins immediately after purchase or as soon as the program delivery system makes access available and finishes in consecutive chosen days of the particular program.

Current digital programs and pricing are:

11/11 Breathwork — $11 AUD
11/30 Breathwork — $30 AUD
11/60 Breathwork — $60 AUD

Program access runs for the duration of the program purchased, for example 11 consecutive days, 30 consecutive days or 60 consecutive days. The content is accessed through your account or the access method shown at checkout. Unless we state otherwise, content is not downloadable.

Your purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not share, copy, forward, upload, record, reproduce, teach, resell, adapt or distribute our programs, links, recordings, written materials or other content.

If you share, copy or misuse our content or access links, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Accounts and login details

You may need to create an account or login to access some purchased content. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or remove account access if we believe the account is being misused, shared without permission, used unlawfully or used in a way that breaches these Terms and Conditions.

7. Private 1:1 online session

Private 1:1 sessions are offered online and usually run for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sessions may take place by Zoom, WhatsApp call or another agreed online method.

Private 1:1 sessions are currently $199 AUD per session.

Sessions are arranged by WhatsApp, email, booking calendar, manual arrangement or phone call. You are responsible for providing correct contact details and attending at the agreed time.

If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled finish time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, you may still be charged for the session.

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer a reschedule, refund or agreed credit arrangement.

We may refuse, cancel or reschedule a session if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable or inappropriate to proceed.

8. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be made by card, bank transfer or any other payment method offered at checkout or on the invoice.

For bank transfers, payment details will be provided on the invoice or during checkout. Customers must use their invoice number or booking name as the payment reference.

Bookings, sessions, products or services may only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Payments are processed through Wix or the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not intentionally store full card details.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown as the final price payable at checkout. If the business becomes registered for GST or if tax treatment changes, pricing and invoice wording may be updated.

We may update prices, offers and product availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed unless required by law or agreed with you.

9. Physical products

Our online shop may sell products such as ceremonial cacao, sage sticks and Palo Santo bundles. Product details, ingredients, serving information, safety information and prices are shown on the product page or product packaging where applicable.

Please read all labels, directions and warnings before using or consuming any product.

Ceremonial cacao contains naturally occurring compounds such as caffeine and theobromine and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please seek professional advice before use.

You are responsible for using all physical products safely and as directed.

10. Shipping and delivery

If you purchase a physical product, you are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

We will take reasonable steps to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated on the website. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post, couriers, public holidays, weather, address errors or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk in physical products passes to you once the product has been delivered to the address you provided.

11. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations

Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy or any separate shipping and returns information shown on the website.

We do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds for digital programs once access has started, or for late-cancelled or no-show private sessions. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

If our goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. The remedy will depend on the circumstances and the type of problem.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Intellectual property

All website content, breathwork recordings, written materials, program materials, images, branding, videos, audios, text and other content are owned by AJUNTOS trading as 11/11 Breathwork, or used with permission.

You may access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, teach, resell, upload, share publicly or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

14. Behavior and communication

When communicating with us or participating in any session or online space, you agree not to engage in harassment, abuse, spam, hate speech, unsafe behavior, unsolicited promotion, unlawful conduct or giving medical advice to others.

We may refuse service, remove access or stop communication where behavior is unsafe, abusive, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, subject to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

15. Testimonials and results

Testimonials, stories and feedback on our website reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee that you will have the same or similar experience. Individual results and experiences vary.

We do not promise specific physical, emotional, psychological, financial or lifestyle outcomes from our programs, sessions or products.

16. No medical or emergency service

Our website, programs, sessions and products are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, counselling, psychotherapy or emergency support.

If you need urgent help, are in crisis, or are concerned about your safety or the safety of another person, contact local emergency services immediately.

17. Third-party links and platforms

Our website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, email tools, social media platforms or delivery providers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security or practices of third-party websites or platforms.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, interruption, personal decision, emotional response, technical issue, loss of data, loss of access, indirect loss or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, programmes, sessions or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

You agree that you participate in breathwork voluntarily and understand that your experience may differ from others.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, making a purchase, booking a session or contacting us, you agree that we may collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a new “last updated” date.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

21. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and Australia.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it by contacting each other in good faith.
