11/11 Breathwork provides breathwork and wellbeing practices for general personal development, relaxation, emotional release and self-connection.
Our services are not medical treatment, therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis support or a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or other health professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether breathwork is suitable for you. If you are unsure, please seek advice from a qualified health professional before participating.
